Canapes are good with Champagne!

An Young brought Canapes to the Advanced Conversation Class.

Ingredients for the Holiday Canape:

  • fresh dill (like a tiny christmas tree)
  • cherry tomato (christmas ornament)
  • cheese (monterey jack)
  • poppy seed dressing (or honey mustard)
  • melba toast (or small square cracker)

I have eaten many shrimp dishes, but Mr Lin's Savory Shrimp is the best! Instead of tasting just "fishy," the ginger really brings out the rich flavor of the shrimp. OISHII!
